Really nicely done work man. The proportions are slightly off on the characters, and everything is a little rough around the edges, but the span of this project is pretty impressive.

I particularly like the way that you've condensed the levels down, and I really dig that you captured the characterizations of the animations (though the animation is a little choppy)

Think about it: Why would they make a game for NDS, and then not announce it even though it would be finished sooner than the wii version? I have them and there is no luma eating them... which is because it never existed. And in the description the guy sais that he actually made the video himself, so OBVIOUSLY it was never uploaded or shown by anyone at nintendo.

Considering Super Mario 64 could be run without lag, I think the DS could actually handle this! It would be awesome to bring this to the DS, but I still can't wait to see the outcome of Super Mario 3DS, since it's made by the same crew, it may be essentially similar. I would like to see a level in the vein of "Throwback Galaxy" in that game that includes a galaxy level. Would that not be awesome?

@VolcanicPenguin Basically, The 3DS if significantly more powerful than the Wii (which is why he was able to drag and drop assets from the Conduit on Wii) but slightly less powerful then the Xbox (A few minor things may be tweaked from the Xbox engine to reduce lag, like maybe motion-blur, fewer frames, etc. and then it can be played on the 3DS. For instance, Capcom got the Resident Evil 5 demo up and running on the 3DS). You're only thinking of pixels, but the real power is in raw horse power.

Nice idea, but fairly impractical. Well, it could be done, but theyd have to take most everything from Super Mario 64 DS and add a spin. Alot of people had trouble getting used to SM64DS's controls, and all that PLUS a spin? They would make you craw a quick circle on the Touch Screen or something, and that would get annoying.

I don't think it will be that much better than the Wii. I think the 3DS will be, at most, on par with the Wii, and resemble graphics of the PS2, GameCube and yes, the Wii.
