@brucebangoe My personal guess is it'll be similar to ICO's ending: completely heartwrenching, but then it turns out everyone's actually okay.

After all, pretty much the only main character who has died and not come back in either Team ICO game is the Dark Queen. And possibly Dormin, but it seemed more like they were just sealed again.
