First of all when they were making the bill with the public option, in it was a clause that excluded illegals from benefits. We have people disrespecting our president saying "You Lie" about it when ironically he was lying.

The current senate bill forces a person to buy a private sector service. That is unconstitutional. Precedent would then be that congress can make you buy a service of their choice. Everyone congressmen invests in a gym and pass a law that everyone needs a gym membership.

If you had been watching their vids on the healthcare issue you would know that their view is reasonable. Cenk has even said a while back that he didn't want a single payer system, but a public option funded through premiums (not higher taxes).
Congress keeps changing the way that their bills line up so discussion on such a topic becomes difficult since it changes a lot and the House version is different from the Senate.
A public option of that nature would be the only thing standing in 6 years post activation. A "company" that doesn't have to turn a profit and can print money if needed will always be far cheaper (not necessarily better though) than a private company. Everyone's employer would switch to that and kill the rest.
It doesn't matter that it keeps changing since we are debating the merits of an idea, and not the bill itself.

The costs of dealing with 2 million Iraqi refugees who was forced out of Iraq either due to the war or because of the ethnic cleansings that have taken place right under our noses.

Several reasons, actually. The ones I can think of:
1. Preventive medicine. With the public option people will be able to get early treatment before their illness becomes full blown; catching it earlier saving $.
2. People pay in small co-pays
3. Reduction of emergency coverage. Medicaid can sometimes be used as an option to cover most hospital bills; especially true for mental institutions when people are involuntarily committed. These people do not pay into the medicaid or medicare system.
Trickle up is part of it because yes, people will have more money; but price control is desperately needed because right now Medicare can't keep up with inflation. That's why it's suffering so much. Without some kind of competition, they can charge whatever they want. Keep inflation in control, and you keep spending in control. Radical inflation makes it almost impossible to make a budget because no matter what you plan out, it will end up costing more.

4. Reduces overall costs. When a person who has hospital bills cannot pay their debt and claim bankruptcy, hospitals never get paid back the full amount of money they're owed, which force prices to go up. If everyone is able to pay their bills, in theory, prices should not go up much, saving the government money from lack of inflation.
5. Lowers Premiums. The public option would kind of be a new insurance company that has rates that would force other insurances to lower theirs, reducing costs.

Obama has not had a fiscal year yet, so we do not have a deficit to look at for Obama. The US fiscal year runs from October to September. The $1.4 trillion deficit for the fiscal year ending this past September was on a Bush budget.
Though current projections are that the first Obama fiscal year will have a deficit increase of around $200 billion.

First of all when they were making the bill with the public option, in it was a clause that excluded illegals from benefits. We have people disrespecting our president saying "You Lie" about it when ironically he was lying.
Second of all it isn't socialized medicine, it isn't even socialized insurance, it is an option that requires paying into the system for benefits.

So, the gov't is going to make you purchase a service from a private company not thru taxes, but privately. Name one other thing that falls into this category. There is not one. The current senate bill forces a person to buy a private sector service. That is unconstitutional. Precedent would then be that congress can make you buy a service of their choice. Everyone congressmen invests in a gym and pass a law that everyone needs a gym membership.

Your dislike of the mandate is founded in my opinion and I agree with what you have to say about it. But to say that progressives and TYTs are pushing for it is just wrong, I happen to know because I consider myself a progressive of sorts.
If you had been watching their vids on the healthcare issue you would know that their view is reasonable. Cenk has even said a while back that he didn't want a single payer system, but a public option funded through premiums (not higher taxes).

Congress keeps changing the way that their bills line up so discussion on such a topic becomes difficult since it changes a lot and the House version is different from the Senate.
A public option of that nature would be the only thing standing in 6 years post activation. A "company" that doesn't have to turn a profit and can print money if needed will always be far cheaper (not necessarily better though) than a private company. Everyone's employer would switch to that and kill the rest.

The costs of dealing with 2 million Iraqi refugees who was forced out of Iraq either due to the war or because of the ethnic cleansings that have taken place right under our noses.
Its one thing to ignore refugees displaced because of other wars that have nothing to do with the U.S. like in Africa. But these Iraqis are displaced because of the U.S.

Several reasons, actually. The ones I can think of:
1. Preventive medicine. With the public option people will be able to get early treatment before their illness becomes full blown; catching it earlier saving $.
2. People pay in small co-pays
3. Reduction of emergency coverage. Medicaid can sometimes be used as an option to cover most hospital bills; especially true for mental institutions when people are involuntarily committed. These people do not pay into the medicaid or medicare system.

Trickle up is part of it because yes, people will have more money; but price control is desperately needed because right now Medicare can't keep up with inflation. That's why it's suffering so much. Without some kind of competition, they can charge whatever they want. Keep inflation in control, and you keep spending in control. Radical inflation makes it almost impossible to make a budget because no matter what you plan out, it will end up costing more.

4. Reduces overall costs. When a person who has hospital bills cannot pay their debt and claim bankruptcy, hospitals never get paid back the full amount of money they're owed, which force prices to go up. If everyone is able to pay their bills, in theory, prices should not go up much, saving the government money from lack of inflation.
5. Lowers Premiums. The public option would kind of be a new insurance company that has rates that would force other insurances to lower theirs, reducing costs.

2nd: Teach to every military staff to play go and pushing the generals to have an amateur dan 5. Also, teach team to play Hex for some variation.

My problem with his tax cuts is that he failed to mention that with the tax cuts some wouldnt be gettin anything at all back this year because of the "stimulus" package. My fam and I are below middle class standards, so why are we not gettin any taxes back that they took from us. For that reason alone I am beyond pissed @ Obama. Why is it that now we get NO taxes instead of giving us BETTER tax advantages. Not much of a stimulus in my opinion.

The US system is way too extreme, it has the highest income inequality of any developed country and the people get ripped off for everything; phone bills, bank charges, and people are so ideologically fundamentalist capitalist that they refuse to have any rights, like healthcare etc. If free-schooling were suggested today there would be no way it would pass. Free healthcare to save your life is much more important to society than free education. It's like a capitalist equivalent Jurche.

This fact remains true even when controlling for inflation, party holding Congress, war, start of war, budget lag. This fact remains true for any period selected: Pre-war, post-war, pre 1970, post 1970, pre-Depression, post-Depression.
Democrats balance the budget. Republicans deficit spend.

Obama has not had a fiscal year yet, so we do not have a deficit to look at for Obama. The US fiscal year runs from October to September. The $1.4 trillion deficit for the fiscal year ending this past September was on a Bush budget.
Though current projections are that the first Obama fiscal year will have a deficit increase of around $200 billion.

You can not have a car. You can choose to avoid the government bullying that goes on in that area, if you wish. You cannot choose to not have health. All that will happen is people will wait until they get sick to get the insurance, since the people designing this thing have no idea what insurance is or what it is used for.
