Our community is blind to mental illness. We shut it down and attribute it to being lead by the devil, overly sensitive or just hard headed. All the men and women in graves, jails and on the streets suffer from some pain or mental illness. If we focus on mental health more than adding more cops to the streets or overcrowding in the jails, lives would be saved. We're already strong, all we need now is compassion and focus.

OMG. What did she do to her beautiful self. She was so beautiful, her hair, skin, nails. You could tell her mother raised her to take care of herself. But I know what's its life to struggle when you lose your mother. Thankfully I've never had to resort ti drugs but when my mother died, I just became a shell. I was always depressed, ate and slept and did nothing else. I was 19 2003 when she died and it's been a long journey on the road back to life. My heart and prayers go out to her.

To everyone saying "wheres LL Cool J?", "where are her friends?"- when ur a drug addict, NO ONE wants to kno u- Family abandons u, u cant see ur kids, friends disappear- My mom got hit by a car and died 3 years ago- Ive been a heroin addict ever since, and ive been homeless, hungry, broke- and no one gave a fuck- my own family wouldnt take me in when i was stayin in an abandoned house in the winter- so no, no ones gonna help her- just sayin
