It's alot easier to do this quest if you use the temporary 30-day Skyblade "Glister" which you receive from the level 45 Treasure Box :)
Much, MUCH easier than jumping, lol.

@NudedFluff , probably, but this video was posted long before any flying mount ever existed and so, the only way is to jump! XD

can i need some help? because I tried to reach the flag for almost 3hrs but I still always dropped. I can't eventually click the pop up quest once I jump through the flag because I dropped immediately...hope you could reply on this....thanks!

you need to use mount, cryolite or recipe to create the delay.. watch the video carefully after I jumped.
