@Nigelmalibu yeah ,but it shows water temp on the dash and oil (wich is much more important) heats up slower. Most people dom't care but that doesn't mean it's ok
@michelinov and the thermostat has obviously been open for a while as the needle is almost at the middle, having said that the trans and tyres might not be fully warm, but thats semi alright lol.i know with my vr4 im very particular about letting the oil and water warm up then cruising slow to let trans come up to temp, but these cars were built a lil better than a 88 vr4 . if this bema was a lil rough with the gear changes i might have been a lil more "GRRR" about it not being 100% warm but hey
the engine was not fully warmed up
