In addition, note that some of terms commonly used by WMA practitioners today to describe footwork in the German tradition (e.g. "pass", "compass") are actually Italian in origin. Traditionally, the Germans tended just to use "step", and on occasion "triangel", to describe their movement (when they felt like describing it at all).
all right so I got what the Pass,lunge,and gathering step is.But could you explain the simple step? or is that in another video. Thanks I enjoyed it.
