I'm sorry but this video isn't that good at all if your going to do tapout matches you need to know how to do atleast some proper submissions insted of just putting a guy in a head lock. At our school we actually know how to do proper submissions and takedowns so fights don't last six-seven minutes. If your going to do a choke make sure you have your hooks in or cross your legs and form a body triangle.
