@samblunt93 No offense...but you don't know what you're talking about.Muay Thai world champions fought/fight in the UFC and 99% of the times they end up grapling even if they don't want to.A good grapler will always find a way to graple,that's why Muay Thai is not enough in MMA.Even if you want to stand and bang you still need to know how to graple in order for you to avoid it :) Muay Thai is the most respected martial art in UFC,but it can't get the job done ALONE.

that's jcs right there. i've been competing in both muay thai and san shou and that front kick is typical of both styles. In san shou however, the side kick is used a lot more often.
