It's all great she had success in the UK with this album but I wish it could have been more successful in the US. I believe that girl was born to be famous. With a real name like Belinda Carlisle and a natural face structure that women in California pay millions for but in their case end up looking like a robbers dog. She's stunning. This single is fabulous!

In the UK Belinda's had 5 Top 12 studio albums (2 double platinum, 1 platinum, 1 gold & 1 silver), a million selling "best of" that spent 5 wks at No 1 and a Greatest Hits that went Gold and reached No15, pretty impressive, a solo career spanning 12 years. I don't think Sophie's Best Of this year will do half as well...her time, unfortunately is up too.

thanks for all the info igetwet and she has indeed had great career and i love her too bits but cant help feeling that she would still be relevant these days given the current standards :-( Sophie has had a good run too but needs some decent writers i reckon...she could have been style icon for a generation but failed - we are harsh on fem artists in this county!!!!
