  • lol oh titli you're such a dork! but in a good way.. :)

  • This is my favorite dish, I once had the amazing oppurtunity to enjoy the world famous Chicken Tikka Masala at Masala in downtown San Diego it was perfect!!

  • Very creative, buy beyond that it was actually really nice to see the entire recipe in a fraction of the time most videos take. More like this please!

  • I've had this dish where the chicken was cooked in the Tandoor, and some other times when it was just baked/pan cooked. I prefer the Tandoor cooked version of this. The smoked flavor really adds that extra wow factor. But baked/pan cooked is good as long as the sauce mix is solid and this looks like a good recipe to me.

  • Sugar?!! Come on. It's not the end of the world but if you take the time to caramelize your onions properly in the pan, sugar should not be necessary. You're in distinguished company; Ramsay does the same in his version! Anyway.. I marinade chicken breast pieces overnight in yoghurt, tandoori masala powder, dried methi and dried mint leaves. Then fry at the start, marinade and all in a eg cast iron wok. The chicken will be melt-in-the-mouth and pink (as if it had been in a tandoor;-).

  • Titli, I just wanted to say that I made the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Spinach Bhaji last night for the first time ever. They were absolutely delicious!! I had to go through and double everything to make enough for six people, but that was the only tricky part. Thank you for putting up these great recipes!

  • I only have two questions....1: Can I use a blender instead of that lil gadget? 2: WIll you please marry me?

  • @89arnburg Yes. Maybe.

  • @89arnburg yes you can

  • @TheXPrisoner ... but only for Question 1!

  • i didn't mean to offend you titli, you are great and i want to try several of your recipes!

  • @elizebethjames Don't worry - I'm not offended :-)

  • @TitliNihaan yay! good recipes, watching the desert one, gulab jamun

  • kind of misleading

  • enjoy your presentation of all your recipes and you've inspired me to experiment!!!

  • TITLI, should we smoke weed before or after making this? i really need to know because i have a bunch of guest coming to my house this weekend and i want to serve them this. Please respond right away.

  • @2htlrn If you smoke it *before* does that mean you will never smoke weed again? And if I say *after* will you refrain from smoking weed until the weekend? I thought so. So the only meaningful answer is "both", even though the best answer is "neither".

  • @TitliNihaan I dunno....weed makes it taste so much better. The final ingredient in an especially amazing meal experience, in my honest opinion. ; )

Thanks for the recipe by the way, I have been messing around with tikka masala for a while now, but this recipe looks great!

  • @2htlrn LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • UM... SHE DID SAY 3 MINUTES SO WHY R WE FRYING ONIONS FOR 5 MINUTES...

  • @kopytek36... lmbo; too funny!

  • Titli... have you got a copy of this one in normal speed I could see please #? (I make this one all the time but I just saute the whole lot - its by far the best curry i've ever made.

  • @musclelimit Hey, if it works and you like it don't change it!

  • YOU ARE SO COOL

  • Titli, what do you think about adding 1 or 2 cinnamon sticks??

  • @TheFinalStep One, perhaps. Two might overpower the other flavours.

  • What happens with the 3 cloves of Garlic??

  • Her secret ingredient is Meth, I think.

  • Farken funny stuff, ahahahaha :)

I'm pretty sure she took the drugs first O.o

most fun I've had watcing a cooking video.....I bet it tastes nice too

  • great video. food looks top.

  • I IMPRESSED my friends with this recipe!!! to the point that after a week they are still talking about it!!

Titli, just one question, what type of Indian bread do you recommend for this dish?

  • @TheYaom Plain naan or chapatti. Or even a nice paratha!

  • @TheYaom garlic naan

  • I tried this a few weeks ago....simply wonderful...like you :)

    thanks so much :)

  • OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, she meant the VIDEO was three minutes. okay. well. it still looks absolutely fabulous and not all that hard to make, so i might try it :).

  • I think its take more then 3mins lol

  • miss title i don't know what i did wrong.. it came out awful for me :( i followed your instructions through and through... but it tasted very bland... almost watery! :( i shall try again one day... it's only my FAVORITE dish in the whole world.

  • @xmykeyx Watery? The sauce should be quite thick :-/

  • @xmykeyx I think I know what went wrong, Titli probably forgot to say that the kind of yogurt you should be using is Greek Yogurt, otherwise you need to take a cheesecloth and drain all of the water out of it, the dish loses a lot of flavor in the cooking process otherwise.

  • Thank you, C3P0

  • Haha ....I like your sense of humor !

  • @Shadi1007 NO.

  • Bye tityli nihaj

  • cool u talk arabic at the the start

  • Do you take the LSD before cooking or mix it in the dish? ;)

  • i like how u start with ( Asslamo Alaykom <3 ),,

  • jejejejejejejjejejejeje es muy gracioso el video, te felicito por la receta y la novedad del video que has hecho...

  • good recipe, but misleading title. to actually make this in 3 minutes you would need everything pre made the sauce and chicken, mix it up then heat up on a very high temp or in microwave, won't be the best results but will be done in. 3 minutes.

  • I need to put on the Tikili time twister on reverse mode because i pop my load way too fast! Make a video on how to make one!

  • Tikili time twister my ass... it's a CD player.

  • awesome

  • Monday morning I am going in to town to get the ingredients to make this it looks fantastic! I've always been slightly reluctant to make a Tikka Masala from scratch but yours seems so fun and stress free and it looks tasty. :) I'm going to have a go with your Naan recipe too.

  • lol you're crazy but cool :)

  • R U SINGLE!?!?!!??!

  • Hello titlinihan..can i use bamboo or "wooden" skewers instead?

  • @salmaelmeligi Yes, but wrap the ends in foil to stop them burning

  • @TitliNihaan or you can put it in a bowl of water for 1-2 hours

  • @salmaelmeligi you can use Skewer Tails

  • lol whizzy toy haha true artistry... you dont see that... much in cooking... I'd love to be at her dinner table! I finally know why Tikka is different to Masala! Good Video. :D ...fairly straight forward... mushed ingredients... no crunchy taste... no hassle :)

  • You're so funny!

  • I love the jokes you have in every videos you made!

  • salam titlinihan.....i can't find any machine same as u used at 1:42 in Malaysia.... can i cook them without use it? soory for my poor english...thanks

  • @princeszeya Sure!

  • @princeszeya put that stuff in the pot into a blender and mix it that way if you don't have that machine.

  • YOU ARE A DOLL!

I had few guest coming over and had no idea what to feed them and then wala! I saw this on youtube!

  • YOU ARE A DOLL!

I had few guest coming over and had no idea what to feed them and then wala! I saw this on youtube!

  • this bitch is trippin. Also the title of this video is very misleading.

  • @Shadi1007 If you wish

  • I just cooked this today yumm

  • It need some pepper to it but I'm sure it's good.

  • What is that kitchen tool called that you use at 1:45? And can you use something else to blend it all together?

  • @BlackSabbathFan1985 It's an electric hand blender. They are inexpensive. You can also use a food processor or blender. I saw Sabbath at the Birmingham Odeon in 1978 :-) They were supported by a little known band at the time called Van Halen.

  • I got the wrong idea when it said Tikka Masala in 3 minutes.

    My version:

Put Tikka Masala ready meal in microwave.

Set the timer for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes are up, serve.

  • Sounds like C3PO after a bunch of hormone replacement pills

  • nutcase

  • 2:10 how did she close the oven door if that big ass handle thing is sticking out? Unless... She cooks with her oven, OPEN...

  • @JackyFappy it was on the 'Grill' option, as she said, and you can grill something with the door open, just it will cook slightly slower.

  • Hi Titli! Just to let you know that I tried your recipe last weekend. I also cooked naan and onion bahji. It took me several hours but my friends were really impressed. Sooo jummy! Thank you.

    Greetings from sunny Spain :-)

  • That's actually quite good. I'd like to try this, but first I need some friends. Alternatively, throw away the masala part of the recipe, just do the tikka, let the chiecken go cold, slice and put in sarnies. BAM! :D

  • @TitliNihaan Become an ESL Teacher!

  • @TitliNihaan what does salammo alkikum ( which is Islamic greetings) have anything to do with Indian food.

  • @sohinpayment \o/

  • FINALLY!!!! MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!!! I LOVE CAPSLOCK :)

  • Dear Titli, thank you very much for this recipe! The dish was delicious and very aromatic. Unluckily, I can't buy fresh, green corriander in Poland, but powdered seeds did a little magic. This tikka masala was much tastier than the one we can buy in jars in the shops - imported from India and just a little bit worse than tikka from Indian restaurant - they simply have all the needed herbs. I love the way you show the world of cuisine, with wits and irony. Best regards!

  • Fantastic! Laughed (and, at the same time) learned a lot. Thank you very much!

  • plxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx make chicken makhni or butter chickennnnn

  • Titli, I just want to say thankyou for all your videos that you do. I only started watching them the last few days, but I decided when I saw this I had to make chicken masala. I can't believe how a novice cook like myself could ever hope to make a restaurant standard curry, if it weren't for your help. This has really inspired me to cook from scratch far more often, even if I am a student and can't really afford to! Many thanks and I look forward to trying something new :)

  • @fish2 Titli likes this!

  • @TitliNihaan I am now going to have a bash at making a dhansak, but I may put some pineapple into the dish, similar to my local Desi restaurant and may make it with prawns, just to shake things up a bit! I do have a request though.Do you know how to make a Malayan curry? It's a rather sweet dish similar to korma, with bananas and pineapples that some restaurants seem to make, and there are no recipes I can find. Thanks to you again Titli :)

  • i love u titlinihaan

  • I cooked this as per your recipe and it was possibly the best thing I have ever done in my life. I have a question, though; Do you make the garlic and ginger paste yourself? I just used ginger paste mixed with garlic powder.

I am making it again tomorrow, along with your chicken korma recipe. Thanks!

  • @domokun555 You can do it however you want. I used G&G paste, but you could just as easily use grated ginger and crushed garlic

  • OMG. Drooling!

  • Nice job dear, like always ^_^

  • Just made this. Tastes a lot fresher than the restaurant version. Yummy!!!!

  • best part is @1:38 xD

  • Amazing recipe, looks yummy. Also very entertaining, great editing.

  • The fast speed may be funny but it makes the recipe really difficult to follow. I had to watch it several times to get it down. :(

  • @mail4asim Did you look on my website? It's written down there for you!

  • @TitliNihaan Here you are showing us how to make Chicken Tikka Masala in under 3 minutes and some people are complaining - how ungrateful! I'm off to the kitchen to whip up this recipe - since I'm new I'm going to give myself 4 minutes!

  • @mail4asim Use the pause button.

  • Awesome!! Turned out very well!

  • I love your videos and I love your quirkiness! Your recipes are awesome, looking forward to your next vids! ^_^

  • I love you :)

  • "Until next time...Gouda happens!"

  • yum yum! I can't wait to make this. I've been making Korma and Vindaloo all winter and was looking for a Tikka Masala recipe. : )

  • Ahhh titli you made my day! bahahahaha! :D

  • I love your videos, Titli! :) But how does the Titli Time Twister (TM) squeeze that 1 hour of marinading, 5 minutes of onion frying, and 20 minutes of simmering into 3 minutes? LOL! With the TTT (TM) we can all have 12-15 minute workdays! Get that product into mass production! :)

  • BTW why "painting dental gun" in the tags?

  • You're reaching new highs in nuttiness :)

  • @Sodabowski bazar
