is just my idea but, since Valve made shoe for demoman to control the charge, they should make a shoe that can goomba stomp enemy just like mantreads but only for demoman. so you can land on enemy's head and kill the other with caber :D

bind f to the kill command, put on the Wee Booties, the Sticky Jumper, and the Caber, then go around until you can smash someone's head in, then suicide. repeat.
