cops are allowed to visually judge how fast vehicles are going on the road for speeding tickets. If this cop couldn't judge how fast the bike was going than he can't do his job, which means he should be fired. Also he's still an idiot, pulled out in front a group of bikes and stopped.

1, It's broad daylight

2, a wheelie makes a motorbike more visable because it appear BIGGER from the front

3, It's clearly a day when alot of riders are out so he should of had his eyes peeled
