@nvanbockxmeer it would be hard if he wasn't using the belt. He's only holding roughly 50% of his body weight. The belt is attached to the rings, notice when he does the pushups that he doesn't move a whole lot, but the belt and rings move.
Yuri is very strong, but any novice gymnast can use the belt in this way.
