In kenya politicians are very greedy.MPs always vote to hiken their salaries. The average kenyans are absolutely poor. insecurity is on the rise, food prices are soaring and theese 40 ministers are strain on the already struggling economy. Kibaki and Raila need to think with their heads rather than with their big bellies.

Its more that just the amounts of money being spent being spent but about spending money putting together a huge and most probably inefficient bureaucracy for the ske of political expediency. Lots of these ministries are either duplicates of one another or so deal with the same thing. For example now there is a ministry for transport sitting next to another for roads...
