go to the drop down menu and click render. You may want to go to render settings to make sure the video format is the type you want. You can save the project as a file but you have to click render to see it as a video file.
Thanks for the comments guy's. I'll make a longer one soon, and maybe even have TWO lightsaber's. I think it's unfair to fight a guy with a lightsaber using a stick!

Great effort. I saw a tutorial showing how to do the light sabre effect. Seemed quite intensive. Looks and sounds ace.
