I agree. I would love for my town to say use these re-usable shopping bags or pay for plastic. I say charge 10 cents a bag and soon enough they will buy the re-usable bags. I already bought mine and they are great. I understand if just my twon does this, people might want to just go out of town to shop, just for spite, so I hope the entire state of Massachusetts does this, as a law. Force people to do the right thing.
