But I tested it multiple times and noticed some variation to falling speeds. And it took me forever to figure it out, but how deep you dive drastically changes falling speed while doing that rising up for air swim. Don't be mislead by me saying "deep" because if you dive too deep you don't get stuck in coming up for air. You have to find a somewhat downward slope and dive on it. You should have a much slower falling speed than if you dived on flat ground. Experiment with it on different slopes.

Actually people I found something very interesting while combining that glitch with items on epona. Do items on epona and use ocarina or something to get off unnaturally. Then do swim on ground. And while on ground dive at some point. Because of epona you can walk off ledges without jumping off so you won't lose that swim thing. And because of swim thing you move slow but more importantly you fall slow as well. I thought it was pointless because movement speed to falling speed sucked.
