Dude, I remember this game when I was little, like 6 or 7. Me and my sister PWNED this game massively. But for the record, you guys need to learn how to "double" jump when you are going vertical to get to the other side. You do it, but not often. I find your commentary actually slightly amusing. I miss my sega genesis.

When I saw medium had a fourth form, I laughed. I used to love this game, set the megadrive back up yesterday for my mum and I'm itching to play it now but I wanna see the rest of this vid (and the others)

It's really not that hard when you learn the controls, know which weapons are good for which situations, and how the bosses attack. I've had Gunstar Heroes for over 10 years now, and watching you guys play is laughable, but understandable since you've never played it before. In that sense it's just like any other game, but more intimidating because you're constantly being bombarded with enemies, and everything explodes.

I was playing this game in Extreme mode.

It's absurd. You have to face all seven forms of Green, and they are quite more agressive.

I stopped in the spaceship stage.... the fifth stage is the hardest, even more than Green.

I agree 100% I bought a Nomad just to perfect this game on expert and stage 5 is by far the hardest. It is just so damn long and you get thrown by soooo many enemies. I finally beat it on expert

It's hard, but it's fun. :) Old school dificulty rlz.

Now I am in the last stage, and can't get past through Green. Black takes away all my health with that three cicling beams, and Green finishes the job...

For some reason I am really good at that move of blacks the hardest part for me was being patient during pinks attacks I would just try and force my way through and since I use only the fire/laser combo I don't have much range.

Pink can be easyly taken by the fire alone. It can destroy the bubbles as damages pink. I keep just the range to hit the end of the flame in her. She eventually moves closer, I step back. When I get cornered, I simply jump over her and start over.

The Fire/Homing combo is enough for almost all the game. It's powerfull, and can destroy enemy shots. The problem is that it's hard to control, even more with the "walk wile shoot" hero...

Yeah I agree I really like that weapon combo with the fixed shot. I finally beat it though it was an awesome feeling the first time I took down golden silver. I actually just got guardian heroes recently and I never knew that he was also in that game.

This boss is the most challenging and the most fun boss in the game. In m opinion, Green is the coolest-looking character in the game.

AAARRRGGH!!! Freaking Green!!! I love this guy! I hate him! But... I love him! I absolutely love this game, though! It's one of the best Genesis games ever! It so didn't get the buzz it deserved!

Green may have been one of the greatest contributors to ruining my childhood.

Seeing two folks go through the pain of realizing how many forms he has almost makes me feel good for some reason. Funny vid guys.
