  • May I ask how ponies brought people here?

  • Funny that the official one isn't the whole thing. What is up that that ?

  • They did a great cover of Bob Dylan's song, and that is not an easy thing to do...

  • @larghag but its a fucking good cover of a bob dylan song.

  • Sweetie Belle!

  • Ponies brought me here

  • @Plok120 Same here, Sweetie Bell rocks!

  • First time I ever heard this song, I was standing in someone's basement at a cast party. Friend of mine found a guitar in the corner and told me he could play this. So he did.And honestly, I'd be lying if I said I didn't tear up a bit after he got done. Needless to say, this is one of my favorite songs now.

  • pull up to a party and play this, the fighting stops and eveybody starts singing.

  • 3 people have never been rocked.

  • only thing wrong with this song is that Johnson City is actually east of the Cumberland Gap... Great song when your woman is riding you... Rock me momma any way you feel! LOL

  • @robtest It was that nice long toke that made him think Johnson City is west of Cumberland Gap. LOL still a damn good song !!!!

  • WOW! Great song! Killer video! Kinda brought a tear to my eye; taking me back to a time when I was just a young Southern boy; and still had Faith in many things that I no longer believe....starting with the US Govt.. Me n' a buncha friends just sang this around a bonfire Saturday night. Must make Mr. Robert Zimmerman (Bob Dylan) proud to hear his Music carried forward in such fine fashion....into a new generation.

  • It seems as though you cant play this song "loud" enough !! We played this when we lost one of our finest Marines. And continue to play it today when we lose one of our few.

  • this is the tits man

  • 2 people can shut the fuck up

  • to Johnson City, TENNNNESEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • Great song, awesome chorus!

  • i love this song!!! i must have played it 60 times in the last few days, the whole thing, his suit, the chicks, the blue sky, the dude in the green vest cutting it. love it!!

.. but the fair ground at dusk on the last clip,,, childhood commin back.

  • Is that Gillian Welch and David Rawlings at the booth Floggin Tickets for the strip show ?

  • @longjonwhite yup.

  • @rocketmanab Yeah, I thought so. God I Bloody love them. This is a lot easier to play on the ol' geetar than anything by Gillian and David. Also a lot more "New Listener to Roots Country" friendly . Great sing along tune. If you are new to this and you like it (I don't mean you rocketman, obviously..) ,I urge you to seek out Welch and Rawlings. Truly Frikkin Awesome! And for more good ol' stomp along ... Check out Ray Wylie Hubbard.

  • AWESOME! Makes me proud to be from Tennessee!

  • @TheFlyingGazelle i aint puttin you down ol boy but this is bluegrass whitch us redneck, country boys say its are rap

  • @TheFlyingGazelle you know why, because Bob Dylan, his self wrote it

  • This video is just so trashy - I love it! There's just something about it that keeps me watching over and over! lol

  • Actually, this really isn't a Bob Dylan song. Bob only wrote the chorus, Ketch wrote the verses to it.
