i live about onne hour from there i live in valemount i used to do sky line logging to

but the sky line started a fire and burnd the hole

mountain up you mite have heard of it

it was in small river it was not a big fire

we used 1300 meters of strawline(which is quite a bit smaller then the skyline) to pull the skyline out

@logman468 i agree logman nz is great place to log . i spent the last 6 years logging around dunedin otago. have taken a break back to silvicultre after seeing my workmate being cleaned out by a tree while breaking out but will def go back to it in the next year or 2
