It's not hard. You don't even have to change your meals today, just replace the meat with Quorn, Soya and Tofu alternatives. You can still cook and eat everything you are used to but without meat.

That was an amazing way to spread the message. I was amazed at how many people stayed to watch. When I watch demos, usually its activists screaming in people's faces, and these people scurrying away. I don't really blame them. This method is so effective and sophisticated, it doesn't make anyone look like a crazy.

I read online that hes really promoting vegetarianism and non-violence towards animals, getting involved with Kathmandu Animal Treatment Center and various NGOs. and yes animals eat other animals. their bodies/intestines are adapted to it. also it is not like the animals we eat are threats to eat us. cow, chickens, pigs are all herbivores, so no, they wouldn't eat us if they had the chance.
we use to hunter-gatherers then...now we just sit on our asses and gather. Animals were free range then, not mass produced with chemicals. Much cleaner and purer animal to eat. This why diseases are prevalent now, it's not like it used to be. I at least buy free range..everything. There is such a thing of doing things in a humane way. We as humans are supposed to the "civilized" animal unlike a wolf.
I am for animal rights but when is the last time you have seen someone from Hollywood holding up the charred remains of all the small children murdered by war? I respect freedom of speech, however pushing ones beliefs onto others I DO NOT. I eat meat, I also hunt, I shot and killed a deer and a moose last year. All the meat is now in my freezer and will be consumed before years end. Most of these farms shown on these vids should be shut down I don't dispute that, however I also have no issue as you see with going out and killing my own food. So personally I see vegans as attention whores, and the ones that would have died off 200 years ago.

Im a vegan. I just adopted a puppy and i gave soy milk, some broccoli and carrots and lettuce. the puupy wont even drink the soy milk and wont eat veggies. now the puupy is skinny and weak. what should i do?

@dhans777 I want my dog to be strong and healthy. I only have tofu, yam, broccoli, carrots, cauliflowers, lettuce and some fruits in my fridge.
i eat them on a daily basis. so far the puppy is eating some boliled carrots and some yam, but not much. I hope i can train the puupy to be like me. by the way im very fit and healty. I hope my puppy will be just like me.

Other animals have claws and speed to kill their prey. We lack all those qualities, so we have to rely on our intelligence. We kill our prey in a way that is most productive and efficient, just like every other predator on Earth. I'm pretty sure if lions or tigers or bears could do what we do, they would.

Eating meat means increasing demand for meat, thus increasing the numbers of animals to be killed, thus increasing the number of food from plants required to feed the animals until they can be slaughtered, and the animals eat more vegetables than human, that's why there are still famine in this world because partially the foods are given to animals. That was an amazing way to spread the message. I was amazed at how many people stayed to watch. When I watch demos, usually its activists screaming in people's faces, and these people scurrying away. I don't really blame them. This method is so effective and sophisticated, it doesn't make anyone look like a crazy.
Those horrible screams really get me. I'm touched by so many of the viewers faces (esp the couple at 1:40). Sometimes I convince myself people refuse to care.

I think partly what you're saying is true. Carnivores are needed to keep certain species in control.
But these animals that we eat are bred to be eaten and treated this way. We no longer hunt wild animals for sustinance. We breed them.
I am for eating meat, i love it, but i am against how the animals are treated. We could jsut as easily give them a lovely life and a painless death but instead we choose to treat them like this.

did i say it was ok to torture animals? actually i cant stand when people torture animals. i hunt when i kill an animal i sit there for a while and thank the animal and god... i would never torture or make an animal suffer when i see people hunting with .22's i know its not going to kill the animal its just going to make him suffer and that gets my blood boiling. and im extremely sorry for spelling one word wrong thanks for calling me stupid.

Thank you for the video about Tsem Tulku Rinpoche the Animals Lover. It was very nice to see people do the opposite saving animals instead of EATING them! I hope he gets his animal shelter. I read online that hes really promoting vegetarianism and non-violence towards animals, getting involved with Kathmandu Animal Treatment Center and various NGOs. We need more people like him and PETA! Stop eating carcasses.

I think all of us should make an effort to eat less meat or become a vegetarian. Better still, we can do what H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche does, liberate animals!
I saw his very interesting video here on youtube with the title THE JOY OF LIBERATING ANIMALS. He wants to open an animal shelter too.

Killing animals is a horrendous atrocity and all of us sense or feel this is unquestionably true rather than rationally understand that. When I read and hear all these elegant justifications for eating animals I understand we humans are trying to justify what´s wrong as acceptable. As a civilization we´re not willing to give up our egotistic cravings and selfishness for the benefit of other creatures. And from justification to justification we´re consigning our own humanity to oblivion.

and yes animals eat other animals. their bodies/intestines are adapted to it. also it is not like the animals we eat are threats to eat us. cow, chickens, pigs are all herbivores, so no, they wouldn't eat us if they had the chance.

we use to hunter-gatherers then...now we just sit on our asses and gather. Animals were free range then, not mass produced with chemicals. Much cleaner and purer animal to eat. This why diseases are prevalent now, it's not like it used to be. I at least buy free range..everything. There is such a thing of doing things in a humane way. We as humans are supposed to the "civilized" animal unlike a wolf.

I am for animal rights but when is the last time you have seen someone from Hollywood holding up the charred remains of all the small children murdered by war? When is the last time someone turned down a movie because the studio has connections to corporate war sponsors. Rarely if ever. Fur is murder but MURDER IS MURDER! I am for better conditions for animals and less meat in everyone diet but I think we need more anti-war first or at least the same energy to stop war and suffering.

I respect freedom of speech, however pushing ones beliefs onto others I DO NOT. I eat meat, I also hunt, I shot and killed a deer and a moose last year. All the meat is now in my freezer and will be consumed before years end. Most of these farms shown on these vids should be shut down I don't dispute that, however I also have no issue as you see with going out and killing my own food. So personally I see vegans as attention whores, and the ones that would have died off 200 years ago.
