i wanna try this, but i know it'll look nothing like this cuz i dont have enough upper body strength, and im scared im just gunna break my arm or sumint :P
@nubetubeful It depends on if you already have a good front handspring or not. If you do, about an hour. Learning a good front handspring takes patience. I would say a good 5 hours of practice. Even longer if you don't have someone there telling you what you're doing.
@Eddietheallrounder That's a tricky one. Other than lots of practice, you could try stretching your shoulders. Grip a bar or a strong surface at head height with your hands close together and stretch your armpits towards the floor.
Awesome, my only concern is that we have a track, and the field elevates about an inch between the track with a concrete lining on the sides. Which makes it difficult to do, and there's only about three feet between the sideline and that concrete lining. But awesome tutorial man
The dog is like WTF are you doing

@sirflip1 ok thanks for your help, i'll give it a try

@MrDishBomb Yeah, its totally legal. Both feet are on the ground when you're letting go, so as long as you mind the line, you won't be called on it.
