hanks. Yah, this wasn't me, it was my chief and instructor and his brother. They usually do spar much faster but everyone was tired so they didn't exactly go all in. Plus it was just in fun. No trophy for this one. I tend to be a pretty good sparrer though myself. I'll upload more videos soon of me sparring.

not as fast paced as i spar but i do like the black uniform dudes spining back kick its nicely timed and is aimed good.
