Zac can actually sing but didn't have "vocal support" which means "He couldn't sing BIG vocal parts"

That's why he sang in the balcony scene with only a 'quiet' voice....

But still Drew is a good singer but Zac is the BETTER actor!

haha. he was not lip sycning. drew sang mostly everything in high school musical cuz they wanted a tenor voice but zac was a baratone. everyone at the concert sang live 100% of the time.

Yup, I was there too at the one in Houston. Everyone sang thier parts. You could really tell when Venessa sang cuz she sang pretty badly. But what I don't get is why they used hand helds when they already had lapels.

so they could hear their own voice cause it's so damn loud...the one monitors the loudness of their voice and if it isn't loud enough, their vocal override kix in and you hear that for a bit until they get close enough to their mics again...so like if anyone ever dropped their mic or something the whole ploy would be busted...meh not really most artists do it
