LOOKING FOR A GOLD DREDGING PARTNER. 50/50 SPLIT. I HAVE ALL THE EQUIPMENT. YOU PAY FOR TRANSPORTATION AND RUNNING THE DREDGE. HAVE 5 INCH DREDGE AND GARRET INFINIUM UNDERWATER METAL DETECTOR AND DESERT FOX SPIRAL PAN. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT.
Im in Utah Co. looking for a dredge partner with a truck and trailer that would like to go to idaho and dredge with me. My partners truck is broke down and im dying to get up there. If you are interested let me know.
i live near spanish fork, i go up a canyon i wont name, but i find gold there without a sluice, just a pan and i find alot of silver and platinum. theres alot of gold here in utah, you just gotta find it ;)
I went us a few weeks ago and it looks like they have changed the regulations now in that canyon. I need to make some calls and see if I can find out what the laws are now for small operation dredging and panning.
You wanna tell, cause I can beg! Besides it'll only be a vacational visit kinda thing, you can even pm me the awnser! Besides you cant get it all anyways!
Aside from that great vid! I want to learn how to pan/sleuce for gold. No dredging too many permits!
hello.where can i buy a gold pan? when i was in the river i saw too small flaky shiny tidbits of gold maybe...i like gold panning but i have never done it...
i usually go for the magnet however when i only find a few flakes i can get em out with a pair of tweezers
is a couple of flakes good for just one cup of dirt? im finding about 1 1/2 teaspoons of black sand every time (im not dredging) just shoveling dirt, classifying it and panning it out
Seperating out the fine gold can be a lot of work and there are several methods for doing it. From drying the black sands out and using a magnet to remove out the metals other than gold, to amalgamation, the method of using mercury to take the gold out of the remaining black sands. BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! The Gold Prospectors Association is a great resource and you can find them online.

I've got a local utah map and I noticed on the hill side it says "prospect" with a little square what does this mean?

@mattamiller check the symbols on your map if its on the map there it should be on the page that explains the meanings of the symbols.

Great video, thanks and keep em' coming! :-)
I would also like to invite you to view our new underwater gold dredging videos.
You will see how the environment interacts with the dredger while she works underwater.
