thanks dan he will be teaching me aikido and he did some aikido throws on me last night and it was fun and i feel my rolling or ukemi is good so he will be able to throw me fast and it will look good. also he does tiger and crane kungfu and jujutsu. so he will be in a few vids and a new acct. it will be fun. i will let you know hi acct name soon. this was fun and my back feels better
