I miss mine i blew a head gasket and a the crankcase gasket after a month then blew it up from trying to make a homemade gasket mine was no e fence but better then most likely all the people that built thesis it was better then the kits hand clutch 5 speed peg then socket driven 34mpg 83.2 mpg sturdy the engine cover was green matching the bike frame clean and simple 3rd bearing for the spindle by pulling the clutch you can ride it like a normal bike by released it it starts the engine
wth? why not just attach a chain to the rear wheel sprocket(s) rather than do that? good idea on the motor but i think the power transfer not soo good
I personaly wonder if you could'ive put the engine inside the bike frame and rigged a sprocket system like a motrcycle. You might'ive had to modify the frame though. Still, unique set up. I'd love to see it in action...
How does the motor idle at a stop with no clutch

I'm building my own and i need to get the gear ratios right.
Keep up the good work :)

is a 25cc motor big enough or not?

@0431322193 i have a 23cc leaf blower engine powering mine , works great.

I think friction drive would work a lot better on a slick back tyre. Try the marathon brand.

very smart.. using the wheel bearing..
never would have thought of it..
good for you!

ehh mate ad a spring to keep the tension on the tire, works like a charm, and another lever with a cable to lift it ; )

the motor is small and doesn't have enough tourque. You will need a sprocket the size of the rear wheel to move that thing
VOVANPILOT 2 years ago
@VOVANPILOT actually no, motors this small will work , even on three wheelers.

how do you start it if it don't have the recoil? please let me know!

the wheel turning while riding turns the motor to start it.

I think there are times that you are better petteling, that's why the transfer to the motor is on or off (or at least should be).

redneck mod lol i would make a bar to connect it better or even add a breakline to engage it when you press the handle to pull down the engine

I know R&D on the fly when I see it. Question is how well does it perform and how can you improve it more?
Good go at it
