  • nothing wrong in catching and eating kestrels or bald eagles. How are they different from chicken or rabbit?

  • About one hundred birds were caught and no injury or kill of a lure mammal. When is windy, rainy or too cold wheather, I use a small glass cube instead of cage.

  • @moudrydauby Yeah, but I bet your lure mammal crapped himself!! Seems like as humane a way to catch these magnificent birds as any.

  • lol how often do you use that rodent? it does not given a damn theres death less than an inch away, except for being startled once when the kestrel hit the mini cage particularly hard.

  • In Europe and Africa areas the migrating birds are threatened on their migration routes. The places and type of threats are different and they are always on the increase. Knowledges (by ringing after catching) about migration birds and about changes in birds populations help to a strategy of species protection.I thing legal and illegal hunting and a trade with animals for holding in captivity is more dangerous. Less plentiful species are more demanded for this activity and it is fatal for them.

  • How can you do this!? theres no reason! if you want to conserve the species then dont trap them! most of them would die from the trap closing on them! just dont huntthem! dont litter! dont do any selfish shit! UGH!

  • @gottaluvbirds he probes them

  • crap

  • this was on my birthday :D

  • why you do this

  • thats horrible why do that

  • Why do you want to trap the kestrel? Falconry?

  • @Raxarax its illegal to take wild birds for falconry who ever does it is a cunt

  • @widdzzz uhh, no it's not... you need to get out more...

  • @widdzzz And why do you care?

  • @VladKarakay why wouldnt you care, there wild birds, if the trap dosent injure them the trauma of the event will still with them forever. I happen to care for these birds and im bothered about thier conservation! arnt you?!?!

  • @widdzzz I'm pretty sure their not some rednecks catching them but people trying to study and conserve the species.

  • @VladKarakay studying birds, its a well known fact a good 1/8 of robins the RSPB ring die due either infection (from the glue they use or weight on the leg)

  • @widdzzz Huh?

  • The mouse must be thinking WTF?!

  • excellent trap in my opinion

  • Soft springs, good solution of trigger - no problem.

  • does that not hurt the bird please reply

  • the small animal used inside has no food or water or shade- same for the kestrel - this trap would be cruel to leave unattended .

  • @octobermonsters Average time of one catch is about five minutes. Then the Phodopus is usually removed from cage and hold inside car in special box with food, water and hide (wood shavings and so). The whole activity is for scientific purposes via banding trapped birds.

  • could you upload a video tutorial of how to assemble this ingenious trap? I would appreciate it thanks wait your answer

  • how cruel

  • How do I buy one of these.....let me no

  • How do i buy one.
