There are only 2 or so Basso Continuo worth having in the world of Baroque. Harpsichord and Theorbo. But I have seen up to 3 Positive organs operating in one outfit but I dont know if they were all or not laying down an underlying theme. One actually lead off the chorus in Brockes Passion.
At 0:40 the picture shows the catholic court-church (Katholische Hofkirche) at Dresden (Saxony). Constructed between 1739 and 1755 by Gaetano Chiaveri under orders of elector Friedrich August II.

@mnummer53 I recognized the castle at the beginning too. It is Wasserschloss Bodelschwingh located somewher ein the NW part of Germany.
