@LittleJuninho if you point it directly at them i think, i don't really use the riot shield, but i assume that's what you would have to do, and i think they would have to be lighting you riot shield up with a LMG

Yea if they shoot it.. but you can clearly see from the waste down and 9 times out of 10 it wont save you.
