Hi Luke, this is definitely one of Elvis' very best songs and it was written by Mac Davis. It's one of seven Elvis songs that was written by Mac Davis. Mac Davis also wrote the Elvis songs "A Little Less Conversation", "Memories", "Nothingville", "Charro!", "Clean Up Your Own Back Yard" and "Don't Cry Daddy". Your performance of "In the Ghetto" was tremendous. Thumbs up all the way.
@ElvisSacramento Thankyou Erik,but i apologise for poor quality of sound,i had a request to re-record this as i accidently deleted my original cover,but thankfully,due to the response i've had,maybe it was worth it.
