  • Your flexibility seems average. Can you do stuff like the Chinese Split or put both legs behind your head, like a human pretzel?

  • @MHBC16 thank you! as far as flexibility goes, im naturally pretty flexible but stretching everyday helped ALOT! good luck with your scorp and bow, dont forget to stretch everyday! and yeah i was jumping on my bed for the jumps haha :)

  • @VanillaPod08 stretch ALOT, roll you. your hips out & keep your chest up.. ohh and push off your toes when u jump.. hope that helps :)
