what great bodybuilder. i met carey around the time of this show at contest. i was 42 at the time and a lightweight. we were backstage and both posing in front of the mirror, when someone said we should pose side by side. we did and she put me to shame. her quads were so much bigger than mine. i never thought that a 22 yr old girl could beat me in a posedown. i never got over that day.
What is the whole title of that contest? I used to have it, and I was very glad to see that part again. DFM is right - she has one of the great faces among FBBs.
I think she was the most beautiful bodybuilder of all time. She didn't stay in the sport long. That is a shame because I am sure she would have gone on to become Ms. Olympia.
and the way she moves ... speed, precision, flexibility. This girl was an absolute perfection of nature. That was in the late 80's I think, she didn't stay long on the scene though.

the idea muscular woman: very well built, but obviously still a woman. (seems to be a hard balance to strike for a lot of women bodybuilders)

I know her and her family. She still looks amazing. Her middle son says that she is flabby now, but I doubt that.
