Has anyone read Jerry's bio on wikopedia? What an amazingly talented and intellegent person. I am 55 and remember him as an NBA player, but had no idea about his high school and college career. And that's not even getting into the memory retention that he is famous for. Just incredible.
a brute - chamberlain complained he had the sharpest elbows in the league - bone jarring player, he could drop rainbow 30 foot jump shots with ease - great skills, underrated.
Lucas is one of the real forgotten greats of the game. A great team guy who could totally dominate when called upon. He was as good as any shooter or rebounder I ever saw.
Great shooter & player on a team of all-stars.

He's an amazing guy. I'm currently reading "The Memory Book" that he wrote with Harry Lorayne, and lemme tell you, that stuff works.
