the water in those people's bodies doesn't belong to the USA. this is pretty awful. water will surely soon be the new oil and based on this alarming video the americans will start manuevring to consume all of that, too. Actually Texas is draining its own aquifiers. A child born in the US causes 30 times more of a negative environmental impact than a family of 6 born in a developing nation such as Nepal. But really interesting theory about where the water is going.
