"IF" Paul is to remain a Republican, there really HAS to be a complete PURGING of the party because even if ALL the "mainstream Reagan conservatives" (90% of the party) suddenly supported "libertarian" Ron Paul, it would be VERY hard for ANYONE to take the "converts" seriously because they were so STRONGLY against the SAME Ron Paul (in 2007-2008 & in 1988) when THEIR man was in power.
