  • I only have one problem, I cant get my wife to pee in a milk gallon! LOL

  • I am surprised that you didn't attract gnats. Oh yeah, and as always; All employees must wash their hands after putting their hands in the peeponics.

  • Depending on what you eat, urine is mostly nitrogen and phosphorus. If you soak it with wood ashes, you add potash and other trace nutrients, and you essentially have the most perfect fertilizer. What I do is make a huge bon fire of garden trimmings and scraps and wait until it dies down then take the pee I stored, dilute it with water and douse the fire. This little pit of charcoal, ash, and piss grows hot peppers like no tmw

  • I have a 50 gallon fish tank with goldfish and algae eaters, which is pumped to 2 kitty pools, water falling by gravity. Your growth looks great, i would never have expected urine to be nutritious, i cant wait to pee in my tank (lololol)

  • @BAMFeldman pee away!

  • urine is the dominating source for the major agricultural nutrients

nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and holds 50% to 90% of these essential elements

(Larsen and Gujer, 1996) i just found this on a website

  • @BAMFeldman

    correctamundo~!

  • would a darker barrel make any difference?

  • this is nothing new they have been using cow urine in india to grow crops this helps the plant and is organic no need to use chemicals Job well done!

  • @gotproductions. yes, exactly. we are mimicking nature and old world methods that are quickly becoming the way of the future. thank you India, China, Cambodia and Vietnam!

  • @gotproductions it's not new to soil gardening, swedes and norwegians re making big progress also in Africa and India. just not happening in hydroponic systems unless you make the leap to bioponics.

  • Wow... I'm so fascinated with your experiment! I'll watch more of your vids before I start asking questions.. I drink all the (pee) that comes from my body in one way or another.. Have for over 2 years now.. obviously not the toxic substance we have been taught.. (sounds like a big fat lie to me) Your work is inspiring.. keep it up and thanks so much for the post! ******* ~*~

  • @4eyes2sea . good to hear. urine therapy is alive and well, pointing out the obvious, that these nutrients can be recycled to replenish our bodily needs either taken directly or used to raise plants, starting with algae, giving rise to zooplankton and all other plants and animals in the food chain.

  • Pee!? great idea of course, but do you know if it make "good to eat" plants? Cuz this could be a great idea!

  • @jihadacadien yes, follow protocols outlined by UN for safety. if you're growing plants for personal consumption there's nothing to worry about. see protocol on blog at bioponica org
