  • I was afraid of water like this when I was a kid lol

  • I wounder if anyone ever got that beer bottle.....

  • What are we looking at here? What is flooded and what is not? Should the river be up against that wall like that? Those of us who don't know that area can't really tell how bad it is. I see the lock gates at one point. Why is it called Old Hickory Lock? Is it no longer in use?

  • Was this video taken when the US Army Corps of Engineers opened the flood gates to release pressure on the dam? Thank God they told the National Weather Service about the release - too bad the NWS didn't think it was important enough to tell anyone downstream. The floodgates released the water at a rate of 1.5 Million Gallons per Second.

  • you would think obama could stop in tennessee since he was at california yesterday, lousiana today, and chicago for the weekend? LOL..talk about avoiding an entire state! you think he put in a request to not fly over tennessee so he did not have a Bush moment? Obama, visit those in tennessee would ya? wow!!! 1 billion in damage, thirty counties disaster areas, the worst flooding ever in their history and obama avoids the state forever? where am I wrong? when did he visit? never......

  • thankyou again for posting i know where clark st is ! & this it was amazing to see hope you are ok we had some water damage to our carpet but are lucky !

  • Glad you guy's like this and think it's funny enuff to laugh at ! I live in the Pennington Bend area and was one of the flood victm's. Thanks againg for laughing.

  • @scubadude72060 We were laughing out of amazement and excitement of the unprecendented phenomena, not out of some morbid foreknowledge of what would happen to thousands of people in the days to come. Nonetheless, I apologize if it offended you and hope you the best hereafter.

  • @scubadude72060 i am sorry for you i have friends in pennington bend too & feel really bad for all of you i am in old hickory & we were blessed ! with just water damage to our living room carpet god bless you

  • i live in old hickory thankyou for this !

  • @kiminacloud

No problem. I live on Clarke St. and figured anyone who has seen the dam when it is not flooding would appreciate how crazy the water levels were here.
