@hbk411 Mine had the same problem. This video is actually correct, except that before you hold down the center and menu button, you have to turn the lock on and then off. Be sure to hold down the center and menu for a couple of seconds and it will definitely automatically unlock. Trust me. I've had this problem a couple of times.
