i think you should put some drama in like say

they decide to breed her and ideel doesnt know where she is and he goes to look for her. then he finds her with a new foal and a stallion. and ruffian doesnt see him and seems happy and goes over to the stallion and says i love you when she sees ideel he gallops off and she and her new foal try to find him to apolize but ruffian get colic so its up to her foal to find ideel and to save ruffian
