    every second day.

    but remember the mid-abdominal region aswell. Regular crunches is a great exercise for those.

  • @sakoking just do cardio every day...eat right and work out...eliminate junk food, between-meal snacks(unless those snacks consist of fruits and veggies) and fast food. thats what i did i was like 27% body fat now am like 6%

  • If you're talking about reps, not really, you have to understand where you stand and what you can do so you don't force yourself out of what's necessary and hurt yourself.

  • @ngarnett86 you dont want to over do it or you will find yourself getting your mother to tie your shoes.. you can realy hurt you abs stick to a set count the stronger your abs get the more you can do ..abs are very tender muscle be careful

  • 12-15 reps 3-6 sets depending on your fitness level

  • first set do as many as you can ntil you feel like you cant go anymore. then js do as many as you can for the next sets, but dont expect them to be nearly as much. do abot 3-5 sets
