You have a good hair length for 6 months! wow! I want to do the BC but i am also scared because I am unsure of how it would look. Not to mention that I have a stress spot, in the back of my head that continuously breaks off, and it is shorter that the rest of my hair. So in order for me to do the BC I would have to go as short as my little problem spot. (Which is really short) And I'm also a Plus Size Beauty, so I don't want my face to look too small...
@LaDimanche I woke up 5 days ago and just decided to go to the barbershop and cut off my permed hair. I have a stress spot in the middle of my head too and had to go as low as it. My hair isn't even an inch long, but I LOVE IT! It was one of the best decisions I've made in my life, as far as beauty is concerned and it feels AMAZING to deal with my problem area. Now let's just hope it grows... LoL

at first i had like a big afro but today i went to the hairdresser and now my hair is as short as your hair is in this video. maybe a little bit shorter. but i'm happy with it and i'm going to grow it long!

I am going natural but I didn't do the big chop. I have short hair that was relaxed about four months ago. So if I did the BC my hair would be really short. I decided to do the knot outs. My hair comes out looking good but very dry looking. By day's end my hair is a dried curly mess. Most of the products I have tried to use have caused the relaxed hair to revert back to straight and then I have a total mess. What do you suggest to make my hair shiny but won't straighten the curls? Thanks
I am so inspired you have to tell me what did you do to make your hair curly I don't want to perm my hair but if I can achieve that curly look and get my hair cut and achieve a shine and curl that would mean everything to me..... all I can say is help

I am right behind you...four months for me...however this is my second (cut) time around. I had been using too much heat on my four year natural hair. I just loved the look of flowing hair down my back. I paid the price of beauty (I thought) for heat. This journey this time will be heat monitored.

I love your hair I just recently cut my hair off in december.. and i immediately got braids because i did the big chop myself and i didn't feel comfortable yet with my hair being so short!... i recently just took the braids out and i fell in love the minute i took my braids off!.. I love it and i just want to thank u because your hair is gorgeous and your vids are very helpful and inspiring! could u do a makeup tutorial ur makeup is always flawless...! thank u and keep the vids coming!

your hair looks great! its sooo thick and healthy looking. i havent been following ur channel too long but i can definitely see the progress. I bc'd back in Feb after transitioning for about 10 months so im enjoying my natural hair as well. its great to see hard work pay off with a great head of hair!
