It is sad though that animals are not treated with respect in Greece. Kardamena was the place where 9 dogs were hanged a few years ago (believed to be more) and the island is full of stray dogs and cats, neglected , abused and poisoned....

I visit Kardamena all the time! And i love it there! The people out there are so nice... And its such a beautiful yet small island. Moving out there soon though...
