See, the first section of Chapter 9 refers to how to deal with people who've had a treaty with you that they've broken- a mutual defence treaty which someone fails to acknowledge. Just to be perfectly clear, the idea that someone would not honour a promise to defend someone

Kindly quote any SINGLE passage from the Bible (if u are able to find it) where its Holy True Allah, the Bible's author-controller tells his followers (for whatever reason), to fight (to kill) those who reject Him, his truths & broke treaty - and to allow such persons to live & continue to reject Him & his truths, under his same followers' protection (from getting killed by the same followers), as long as they regularly pay Him & His followers protection money.
