I lived in billings for 6 years. It is a boring town. Three refineries and a sugar factory produce a constant bad smell, and high So2 emissions, epically considering that billings is inside of a box canyon, that traps the pollution in.

Bottom line, if you move to montana, move to Missoula or Bozeman. Those two towns are cool.
