You know what's funny I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and on the same day it was snowing in New Orleans there was not a drop of snow visible up here. You all should move to Canada, the weather is better

It snows in new orleans every 10 years its a rare site but it happens. In the early 1900's and back it was very normal for new orleans and all of the south to get snow everywhere in the winter. I was in florida one time it snowed it happens in the winter. It just doesn't stay around long enough to do anything. because it doesn't stay cold long enough.
Enjoy it, I would like to ship some of my snow and ice down your way from here in Iowa. It was cool to see snow in New Orleans. I also heard that it snowed on xmas day 2004 in New Orleans.
I spent last summer on NOLA, Best town on the planet.

That was bizarre. I do realize that it does occasionally snow in New Orleans, it's still weird to see it happen.
Having been to New Orleans you'd never think it would snow there.
