Nice! field stripped mines as I watched this vid. I couldn't figure out why I had to pull the trigger a second time for the slide to completely come of. After watching you vid I noticed that I was pulling the slide back to far in the beginning causing it to re-cock. Thanks!

He pointed it in a safe direction, safety checks the gun, keeps his finger off the trigger until stripping it because with a Glock you have to pull the trigger in order to field strip it (unloaded of course) Do you know anything about guns or Glocks in general for that matter ?

@The98bravo No, it can be right-side-up. Just always make sure it is unloaded as the trigger has to be in the rearward position to do so. This is usually accomplished by dry-firing the firearm.

mmk. put simply a magazine is loaded into a firearm, and a clip is loaded into a magazine or a weapon with an INTERNAL magazine like the m1 garand.

clips are pretty much something like 10 rounds (bullets) CLIPPED together. :) hope this helps

Im a police officer who uses this weapon. I don't even know where to start with all of the safety issues with this video. He handles the weapon with out care especially when depressing the trigger. Don't press the trigger like that ever. In fact, if you want to know how to use and strip a weapon go to a range and ask a professional.

I usually clean my glock .40 or .45 after I've shot 500-600 rounds through it. However, if you go to the range and only fire 100-200, cleaning isn't necessary but it's all personal preference. Personally, my guns are in perfect "health" with the intervals I clean them at. Just don't let them rot too long.
