The carnie in this video refused to let me play for the big prizes at our fair this same year. He works for North American Midway Entertainment. I got the fair manager involved, and the guy in the video decided to remove the scooters and video game consoles from the game for the rest of the fair than let me have a chance at them. He remembered me from the years before of winning it. He didn't have the squares on the boards for our fair though. It looks like he put them back on, lol.
