I remember all that wonderfull people at the USO did for me when i came home from Iraq and i will say this to that wounderfull woman who gave me a hug like a mother to her son and let me cry on her shoulder, i thank you mama and God Bless you all... Keep up the OUTSTANDING WORK!!! HOOAHHH!!!! US ARMY CAVALRY
I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT I AM A USO VOLUNTEER!!!!! I ASSIST ANY AND EVERY SOLDIER I SEE IN ANY AND EVERY AIRPORT I'M IN!! (I'm a flight attendant!) I keep a listing of ALL the USO locations that are available in the 50 states and beyond!!
@usblueflyer well musy say that I am very greatfull to you. When i returned from Iraq in 2004 i had thought i was just going to be another person in the Airport. When i stepped out of customs, i was suppriesed as to how many of my fellow country men and women where there to welcome home a soldier like me. From that day on i knew your orginaztion was really there for us and i thank the Almight God for wonderful people like you. GOD Bless you and and God bless AMERICA!
th way id like to help the soldiers is to be 1 of them. the month i turn 18 im goin to a recruiter an enlisting. im not just gonna help out the men an women in the servces im gonna help out the country. I am also proud to say my uncle was in iraq as a Lt Col after fightng since day 1 until about a 2 years ago, which is about 6/7 years on th frontlines.. Tht is wat i call a soldier(even if he wasnt USMC-which is where im going-but was Army instead)
USO is simply commendable! This organization is THE BRIDGE between "Freedom" and "Hope." Without freedom, we would embrace hope. With freedom, we should not, and must not neglect hope! Hope, is your kin, friend, and people unknown, our American Troops! Just as America stands for "Freedom," the USO should be recognized just the same. Great video for a genuine meaning! As a former Marine, I appreciated having the USO and similar volunteer groups around to help lift morale. I also enjoyed watching this video, too. It's nice to see that the USO is still out there and showing Americans and folks worldwide that "support your troops" means more than just putting a yellow ribbon on a vehicle. God bless.
